However, the Bahamas has signed Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEAs) with over 30 countries, including the United States, Canada, and major European nations. The Bahamas participates in the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes and has committed to the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) for automatic exchange of financial information.
